Financial eligibility:

Financial Eligibility determines what types of services you are eligible for.  Different services we offer have different financial eligibility requirements. Most, but not all, are based on 200% of the poverty guidelines and disregard Per Cap and GWE. The current Guidelines can be found here: Poverty Guidelines | ASPE (hhs.gov).

There are additional eligibility standards for various services.

The Band’s Elder Needs-Based Supplemental Income Program has its own special eligibility standards.
